CALL FOR PAPERS
The Turf Law Journal is a peer-reviewed journal published by the School of Law of the University of Limpopo. It was established in 2021 to give a platform for high-quality research on transformative perspectives about the law in South Africa. While the journal mainly seeks to respond to legal questions in South Africa, comparative perspectives from Africa and beyond are most welcome. The journal further welcomes contributions that take multi- and inter-disciplinary perspectives to law. In particular, the journal targets high-quality research from emerging scholars and non-conventional perspectives from established researchers.
The journal publishes articles, book reviews, case notes and comments. The journal welcomes articles of between 7,000 - 12,000 words, including references. Book reviews, case notes, and comments must be 3,000 - 5,500 words, including references. All contributions to the Turf Law Journal will be subjected to a compulsory double-blind review.
The journal is published biannually. The journal welcomes articles all year round. However, since it is online (https://turflawjournal.org/index.php/tlj/index), every article that has been successfully peer-reviewed is published online.
